Information:
The Oklahoma Koi Society would like to invite you to our 8th Annual Koi Show and
Trade Fair. We have grown to become one of the best in the country, and it is a
must-see for anyone into koi.

May 6th and 7th , 2006 Location:
In the Made in Oklahoma Building at Oklahoma State Fair Park, Oklahoma
City.

30,000 square feet of Indoor air conditioned show and exhibitor
area.

Koi trade exhibitors and water garden exhibitors
1)
Vendor Booths:
10’ by 10’ vendor booth to show and sell your products. We will provide air
& air stones to each booth with a display tank. There are a limited number
of rental tanks (5ft. poly-tanks) available, but you may bring your own tank, if
desired. The vendor tanks use the same high quality TREATED water used for the
show, and water drains are located near the tanks. AC power is provided (short
cords may be needed). A covered table and 2 chairs are provided for each booth.
Booth Carpet also is available at our cost.

(May 6th ) 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday (May 7th )

Prize Drawing:
Drawings will be held during the Koi Show on Saturday and Sunday. Any product
that you donate will be greatly appreciated. Your business name will be
displayed at the show along with the donated prize. If you wish, your business
information can be handed out with any prize you donate.

Koi Auction: A Koi
Auction will be held on Sunday afternoon. If you would like to promote your Koi
business by donating a Koi, a photo of the donated Koi along with your business
name will be displayed on your display tank.
4)
Saturday Night Dinner: This
gives everyone associated with the show a time to have a relaxing and
entertaining evening out. There will be no awards presentation at the
banquet; that is reserved for Sunday morning. The banquet cost is $25.00 per
person. There will be a cash bar available.
5)
Awards Ceremony: Held
Sunday morning in the Seminar Area. This ceremony is open to the public to hear
comments from the judges about the show results.
